Employee Experience Specialist

Job Purpose and Impact :
- The Employee Experience Specialist will be business partnering role responsible for advising, consulting and coaching people managers in utilizing people processes in the most effective way possible, thus creating great employee experiences within teams.

- The Employee Experience Team largely operates in 6 core areas but are not limited to only these - Onboarding, Performance Management, Local Training and Development, Employee Engagement and Recognition

Key Accountabilities :

- Provide relevant and effective consulting services to business leaders and people managers, ensuring HR solutions are adapted to the complexity of the business and facilitate the coordinated deployment of HR services, including any regional specific strategy requirements

- Support the implementation of People Strategy Initiatives and help create a customer-oriented culture.

- Drive change management efforts and encourage a change attitude across the organization

- Promote the use of tools/technologies to gain efficiency in delivering human resource solutions.

- Collaborate with other sub-functions within the HR Job Family to deliver a seamless, ONE HR experience to the client businesses and stakeholders.

- Develop and sustain valuable HR solution consultative and coaching skills, and overall effectiveness of the country teams.

- Ensure consistent adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements. This may involve working with legal resources and/or external consultants to interpret and implement complex/ambiguous policies

- Responsible for vendor management of employee experience service providers.

- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

- Experience in working with/supporting People Managers on People Processes

- Minimum of two years of related work experience

- Other minimum qualifications may apply

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

- Master's degree or other post-secondary degree

- Demonstrated ability to manage / implement HR processes and client focused solutions with business stakeholders.

- Project management experience

- Strong drive for results and ability to operate with independence

- Consistent track record of implementation and optimization of processes and metrics

- Advanced IT skills (Excel and Power Point)
