Company Description On-Demand Group of Industries is a company dealing in finance, insurance, real estate, telematics, transportation and logistics, business consultancy, investment management, outsourcing, and offshoring. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Process Developer for BPO located in Jaipur. The candidate will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and improving business processes for BPO projects. They will work with stakeholders to define requirements, design and develop process flows, and implement process improvements. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Business or a related field must have connections and experience in BPO and process development Prior experience as a Business Process Developer or similar role Expertise in process design and analysis, preferably in the BPO industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Awareness of process improvement methodology Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams must be willing to put in extra efforts to bring the company on growth This is a directorial position so thee candidate must be willing to work on Profit share basis
