  • The Business Process Owners for the corresponding metier
  • The Quality & Logistics Key Users on the sites
  • The other Regional Business Process Experts of other regions
  • The IS&T referees
  • The GSI Project team

EXTERNAL
  • Accenture consultants during GSI deployments
  • Accenture RUN team for service requests and incidents

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
  • The Regional Business Process Expert is the m\xc3\xa9tier referee for the Region in charge.
  • The RBPE submits the gap analysis to Global BPO before new IS implementations
  • He (she) supports new IS implementation and validates closure of implementation
  • He (she) communicates and ensures the process model is applied in his Region according to the appropriate tool.
  • During implementations Regional BPE helps sites for developing training sessions (as defined by Program), coaching KU & Roll-outs.
  • The Regional Business Process Experts submits the change requests coming from KU to Global BPO in order to approve the change to the Core Model
  • The Regional Business Process Experts creates, sustain & develop Key Users networks.
  • The Regional Business Process Expert validates training guides for the Region
  • The Regional Business Process Expert are the firsts entry points for key users & department heads concerning their m\xc3\xa9tier in the related Region
  • They capture the benefits from the expected added value from GSI
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • The Regional Business Process Expert ensures the appropriate support to Key-Users concerning his perimeter.
  • During the solution implementation :
Regional BPE monitors incidents & defects raised by the sites (Key Users). They can propose workarounds. They validate the solution proposed by program and its implementation. He (she) is the entry point for issues raised, for issues characterization & supervise the problem solving with the IS referee.
  • The Regional Business Process Expert proposes process upgrades to Global BPO coming from his expertise or other workshops with regional teams IS referees and other BPOs.
  • He animates the Regional KU networks
  • The Regional Business Process Expert assesses the KU competencies for skill matrix & development management of the KU (linked with Central).
  • The Regional Business Process Expert puts in place and manages usage control ensuring that end-users are well using the system, by assessment performed.
  • The Regional Business Process Expert can extract, they consolidates & analyzes indicators coming from sites (effectiveness metrics & KPI) in order to share it and build action plan with Central Teams (Sourcing Performance Manager, Global BPO)

Qualifications & Skills:
EDUCATION
  • Bachelor of Engineering degree
  • SAP Certification preferred

BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:
  • Focused on continuous improvement, & effciency.
  • Capacity to train Key-Users and follow their technical skill.
  • Operational leadership to be the voice of the Processes Metier in his Region
  • Strong communication skills

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE
  • Procurement module in SAP (SAP MM module)
  • Warehouse Module (WM)
  • Knowledge on ARIBA and SAP FIORI
  • Integration of MM module with SD/PP/PM/FI/CO modules within SAP
  • Business Intelligence and Qliksense

EXPERIENCE / SKILL SET
  • Minimum 8 - 10 years experience, with a perfect knowledge and experience of the operational processes used on sites
  • Technical as well as management skills required
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English language
  • IT Skills: MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, MS Sharepoint
