Business Process Consultant
Job Description
KAPSE Business Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring a Senior Business Process Consultant with prior consulting experience to join our growing Business Transformation Practice.
:
Project Coordination (timings, venue, agenda, etc)
Participate in the pre-sales process as needed for RFPs and SOWs
Schedule and conduct meetings. Communicate with the clients and understand their requirements
Leading business process discovery and Research workshops and brainstorm on various subjects
Build strategies and define a project roadmap for clients’ initiatives
Understand and Document current processes of the client
Design, Document and Audit SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
Work on flowchart designing
New proposed process documentation (as approved by principal consultant)
Editing and Finalising proposed Process Documentation
Consult on change management best practices and assist the customer in implementing a change management plan
Consult on solution best practices and serve as a subject matter expert
Update Client To Do List and To Do List Follow-up with clients
Prepare reports on a regular basis
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Day shift
Experience: 3 + years (Preferred)
Note: Must have their own vehicle and be willing to travel for work within Pune or out of Pune
