Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer for OTC Credit Management.
We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge and understanding of entire OTC credit management process. In this role, you will be expected to work on strict deadlines in a business environment. This role may require travelling to on-shore sites for Knowledge Transfer.
This is a 100% work from office role. Candidate should be comfortable to work in US shifts.

• Manage the OTC credit management portfolio and maintain strong customer relations
• Establish Credit Limits for customers
• Review financial statements to ensure customers financial position can support the credit being extended
• Research why customer accounts are on credit hold and identify the requirements & take the necessary steps to unblock
• Maintain all relevant systems and tables with valid information
• Support team priorities and initiatives and effectively manage workload
• Must demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, energy and flexibility
• Innovative and always looking for continuous improvement in order to develop succession plan for staff
• Provide support to Supervisor for credit control activities as required
• Assist in SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) creation and updating
• Deliver the required data for audit purposes

• B. Com Graduate or equivalent experience
• Prior work experience - 2 to 4 years
• Proficient in using the MS Office package especially with MS Excel (Minimum 1 year hands-on Experience), PowerPoint, Outlook
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Relevant OTC domain experience & minimum 6 months SAP experience

• HighRadius knowledge preferred
• Candidates with prior voice experience (US) preferred
• Experience with international process transition would be added advantage
• Candidates with valid US Visa preferred
