You are responsible for Gather business and compliance requirements for information and document the requirements in information models, ensuring end-to-end data model consistency across processes and IT applications. This includes: The design and maintenance of both logical and physical data models for master data and transactional data The design and implementation of data quality and compliance controls The validation of the data model design with BPO/BPE and compliance officers Ensuring the correct implementation of the data model in close alignment with IT-BAu2019s Managing the change process related to data models. The use of standards, templates and tools as defined within Information & Data Management Actively support the business transformation in data migration preparation and execution. This includes: The definition of the physical target data model u2022 Supporting the business in data cleansing activities and in data construction Documenting the business and compliance requirements in the Data Requirements Specification (DRS), including the definition of the migration scope, the definition of migration rules, the values mappings and the definition of required data quality levels after migration Supporting Data Migration Experts (DMEu2019s) in the build of the data migration tooling in the preparation of the upload files Supporting the review and approval of pre- and post-load files with the business representatives Supporting data defect resolution: together with the DME, execute the root cause analysis, decide on the solution and support the implementation of the agreed solution Support the implementation of the master data domain roadmap, including the implementation of master data management solutions and processes and including the implementation of data quality and compliance controls. Identifying and promoting continuous improvement opportunities to improve data quality and to drive standardization. You are a part of team who: Typically drives single smaller data domain end2end in single process and/or system or shares managing larger data domains with others Establishes and assures adherence to schedules, work plans, and performance requirements Primary duty is to manage self through strong individual contribution into data design across multiple projects, programs and continuous improvements and potentially manage individual contributors, generally operating at a junior level. u2022 Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires knowledge of organizational objectives Works on master data management solutions, capabilities and services To succeed in this role, youu2019ll need a customer-first attitude and the following Good communication skills and strong team player. Ability to effectively present and communicate to different stakeholders (e.g. BPOu2019s, IT BAu2019s, business representatives) Potential to develop leadership in designated data domain related to I2M, M2O, O2C or enabling business processes. Broad understanding of business challenges in high tech manufacturing and consumer goods Understand the business impact, IT impact and EIM impact of the data and the solution alternatives Good Philips knowledge and experience of Philips business context: E2E processes and data model, data quality framework, data management operations for the designated data domain Good analytical skills and experience in data profiling and analysis Attention to details and determination to get things done in time and in quality Process improvement capabilities (Lean, six sigma) Experience with applications in the designated data domain like SAP R3, SAP MDG, Informatica, Salesforce etc. Service mind-set, with a focus on process excellence and data quality Experience & Background 3-5 years of related experience in data management and related areas 3+ years of experience in data modeling, data designs, data analysis functions 3+ years of experience with relevant business processes or IT systems depending on the data domain e.g. M2O domain requires experience in sales processes and SFDC system data model experience 1+ years of experience in leading teams and people Experience in managing global projects and teams in a matrixed organization Hands on SAP experience, e.g. Target source/mapping, data migration, data cleansing etc. for his/her data domain Certified consultant in domain specific platform relevant systems and modules e.g. SAP, APTTUS, SFDC, PTC Windchill etc... is a plus Experience with data quality systems, e.g. Trillium, IDQ is a plus How we work at Philips Our newly-adopted hybrid work concept fuses flexibility with collaboration to deliver great outcomes for our people and our customers.
