You are responsible for

• Lead and support data migration activities from legacy system to Windchill PLM, the company's core PLM system
• Align with deployment team and business representatives on data migration scope and way of working including data migration process and data construction templates
• Define data migration methodology, acceptance criteria and reconciliation activities required for data migration project
• Plan and prepare required infrastructure for executing data migration
• Prepare and Review data requirement specification working closely with deployment team and business representatives
• Track data defects, analyze root cause, determine solution and support for timely resolution of defects
• Assess impact of change requests and support migration team to integrate updates on impacted areas
• Support data migration team for development of required migration tools for extraction and loading data
• Support the review and approval of validation reports along with business representatives
• Support for development of data quality reports to provide insights on product data quality
• Support the business in data cleansing and in data construction activities
• Support for continuous improvement of data migration practices, tooling, and reporting

You are a part of

The PLM tribe within Innovation and Engineering IT Group, reporting to the PLM Deployment Manager. You will be part of the delivery team responsible for execution of data migration as part of E2E deployment programs or other programs including support for Merges & Acquisition.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following

• Bachelor/master's degree in information technology or equivalent
• 8 to 10 years of experience in Data Migration to Windchill PLM
• Hands on experience on Windchill Bulk Migrator and data loaders
• Strong understanding of Windchill PLM and SAP Manufacturing data model
• Good experience with ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) concepts and tools
• Good experience in preparing and managing data requirement specification and validation deliverables
• Experience in handling data from different source systems and loading into multiple target systems
• Experience with SAP Advanced Data Management tool for data migration is added advantage
• Experience with Agile & Scrum methodologies
• Experience in coaching team members on data migration process and data models
• Strong analytical thinking and experience in data profiling and analysis
• Strong & clear communicator who is able to communicate with stakeholders on multiple levels
• Fluent in English
