About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Calling business leads to the USA
2. Understanding the products and services offered by the company
3. Calling existing and potential customers to update them about the recent launches
4. Updating the database with all the customer's information
5. Ensuring the customers are satisfied with the services provided to them
6. Using a sales script to handle the customers efficiently
7. Creating monthly sales reports and presenting them to the telesales manager
8. Answering customers' questions in regards to products and services
9. Adhering to all the company's rules and regulations
