We are a financial technology (fin-tech) startup based in New Delhi (growth stage; 250+ people in the team). IndiaLend's mission is to transform the Indian financial sector by using innovative data sources and cutting-edge technology. We are a marketplace that connects borrowers with lenders and also provide value-add services such as big-data analytics, credit risk assessment & verification and automated workflows for loan origination and management. Our team consists of experienced finance professionals each with over 7-12 years of experience from top-notch institutions (IIT, LBS, IIM, Stephen's, LSE, and various global banks).

The company was founded by former UK's Capital One banker Gaurav Chopra who has more than 15 years of domain expertise in driving innovation in digital finance, credit analytics, and mobile payments in the Indian and global markets. We aim to make financial products affordable and easily accessible to the person when needs financial assistance at the most.

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Building consumer-facing product that caters to millions of users that visit or use our platform daily
2. Creating tech products which are agile & flexible in nature with a micro services-driven development approach
3. Building of platforms that are self-service driven to enable lending operations catering to B2B and B2C customers
4. Working on the development of Machine Learning based products that are big data-driven and continuously enhance our Lending & match-making algorithms
5. Driving all aspects of partner relationships- onboarding/tech integrations/ program launch and growth
6. Closing partnership agreements with identified partners
7. Working with internal teams such as product, risk, ops, and tech to drive business objectives
