Spring Master Sleep Products is a company that was established over 2 decades ago and is a manufacturer for the raw materials that go into the sofa, furniture and mattress industries. We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our family as a business development executive. Job Profile We are looking for a candidate who has a prior experience in B2B domestic for sales & marketing. The candidate should have a good command on English (must be able to negotiate, take the deal forward via email and calls). Responsibility:
  • Analyze all domestic market and identify all new business opportunities to expand business and maintain an efficient portfolio for same.
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Setting up meeting with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concern.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentation on product and services.
  • Gather Feedback from customer and share with internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with all clients and supervise achievement of all sales targets for all assign areas and analyse all customer requirements to prepare appropriate sales strategies for same.
  • Negotiate, close deals and handle complaints.
  • Achieve the company Goals & Targets.
  • Handling regions given as per company
  • New Leads Generation
  • Conduct regular sales forecasting and market analysis to support budget planning and decision-making processes.
  • Call, Follow up, E-Meet, repeat!
  • Stay updated with trade regulations and market trends.
Requirements:
  • Export or similar role in any manufacturing industry
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Sales coordination.
  • Sales & marketing operations.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Provide quotation to overseas customers over email (using in-house CRM system).
  • Process orders to prepare Order Confirmation & get customer approval.
  • Coordinate with client and production to ensure goods are dispatched as per client deadlines.
Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel.
  • Ability to write/communicate over emails in English.
