We are hiring for the position of BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER, which involves a 60-day training period during which the applicant will perform the duties of a SALES OFFICER and be evaluated on their knowledge, abilities, and attitude. TRAINING TASK: 2,00,000 TRAINING STIPEND: 15,000/- TRAINING PERIOD: 60 DAYS We provide training on corporate work culture and skill development as part of our training programme. A) Training Functional Area: HR (Recruiting)/Sales & Marketing B) Training: IRDAI Training, Insurance basic, Company products & investments, Team Recruitment & handling C) Awards & Certificates: Performance based Awards & Certificates To advance in his or her career as a Business Development officer and to a higher level of leadership as a Senior Business Development Officer, a Sales officer must meet the set requirements. After successfully completing their training as a sales officer, they will be promoted to the position of business development officer, which pays an income of upto 25,000 a month. BDO\'s everyday tasks include team management and recruitment. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher Salary: 918,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Benefits:
