A Business Development Manager (BDM) plays a crucial role in expanding a company\'s reach and revenue within various sectors, including Civil, Interior, Electrical, CCTV, Fire Extinguisher, and HVAC. Here are some common roles and responsibilities of a BDM in each of these domains: 1. Civil Company:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the civil construction industry.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients, architects, and contractors.
  • Preparing and presenting proposals and bids for projects.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends and potential clients.
  • Collaborating with the project management team to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Developing and implementing a strategic business development plan.
2. Interior Company:
  • Identifying potential clients and projects in need of interior design and decoration services.
  • Networking and establishing relationships with architects, interior designers, and real estate developers.
  • Creating and presenting design concepts and proposals to clients.
