Business Development Officer - Beauty, Hair, Personal Care- Surat, Rajkot, Lucknow Looking for a working professional with 3 years of experience in sales in professional division - (Saloon/Spa etc.) with Personal, beauty, hair care/FMCG in scaling up business through expertise in B2B Sales, Business Development.Location: Surat, Rajkot, Lucknow Your Future Employer- India\'s fastest-growing manufacturer and marketer of premium beauty products.Responsibilities : 1. Responsible for serving top customers and overseeing business activities in the assigned area, including collections, visibility, and occasional events.2. Regularly meet and negotiate with key clients to discuss and enhance business relationships.3. Collaborate closely with the team, dealers, and SS to achieve sales and collection targets.4. Attain visibility goals set by the supervisor or company, and develop a personalized plan based on salon needs, market requirements, or brand priorities.5. Plan and accomplish weekly and monthly primary and secondary sales targets through assigned personnel.6. Execute schemes and promotions promptly as they are extended.7. Manage and update sales data and information for all sales points.Requirements :1. 3+ years of experience in B2B sales for hair care & salon services products.2. Must have a graduation degree.3.
