Technico seed to farmers drive channel growth and penetration in new areas for business scale up.
To plan and carry out market promotional activities such as Farmer Meetings, Field days, Sahyogi trainings, participation in
exhibitions etc. and to conduct field demonstrations of Technico Seed Potato.
To contact with growers, visit their fields, share crop advisory and handle complaints, if any.
Identify potential markets within states, Identify need of new varieties, grades, etc across segments, locations and seasonsmatch
new varieties across markets and establish brand premium.
Develop strategic alternate distribution Channel partners like FPOs, Agri-Input Suppliers including start-ups, Govt. and NGO
working in Potato crop etc. across markets.
To assist Head- Channel Sales for preparation and execution of market development plans.
Marketing intelligence Track Cold Store Inventory in the State, Seed price, competitors activities etc.
Manage key account of Institutional customers and explore other possible business association, if any.
Co-ordinate with different institutions for business development. Liaison with external agencies i.e. Government bodies, farmer
communities on need basis.
To gather and submit periodic customer data and building excellent relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
To gather and share MIS about the overall market\'s scenario, varietal behaviour, price fluctuation, cold store data and
