Role :

As a Senior Leader, you will be responsible for developing and managing the Connected and IOT Solutions portfolio of SDS- Engineering for Digital. You will manage Portfolio roadmap, business strategy, GTM and client relationships working closely with the Sales and Practices. Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to Growth of the Business Area will be the primary goal. Your contribution will directly increase revenue, maintain profitable business and develop state of the art portfolio. This includes making sure financial targets are met, and that the right Engineering solutions is in place to meet the needs of the clients/Market.

KPI for the Role : * Strategic:

• Bosch Search Fields and Analysis, Market scan, Benchmarking

• Portfolio ownership (Road Map) : Add, Amplify, Pivot, Stop

• Business case, Business models

• Non-Linear: Accelerators, Assets, Algos

2. Partnerships and Alliances: Internal and external

• Collaboration with Bosch GB's: GTM and Portfolio alignment

• Channel establishment

3. Acquisition: Solution development, Proposals, MVP, POC

4. Results: Revenue, P&L, Growth, Pipeline,

5. Program Management, Billing, Customer Satisfaction

Skills :

Experience of Managing Program and Business Planning knowledge

Hands- on experience in developing and Managing new Business with P&L responsibility

Good experience and understanding of new Business Models and Digital business

Identify and evaluate new Connected IoT business models and recommend on their suitability for the Digital business, minimum experience on PaaS, SaaS model

Understanding of end- to- end IoT applications that are comprised of cloud- based applications and services, web applications, data analytics, wireless communication systems, embedded sensors and devices along with mobile App Enterprise architecture integrations design and implementation perspectives

Team Management, Communication and Strategic orientation

Experience with first-hand market research

Relevant experience in the US and European market
