Job Description

• A degree or diploma in Software, Electronics and communication engineering or in any related field
• 4 years minimum experience in the smart products & IoT area, connectivity, cloud, visualization tools & techniques and other IoT technical areas
• 4-5 years of work experience in developing/executing large scale Internet of Things (IoT) applications.
• Possess excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Good Knowledge and experience in IoT protocols like CoAP, MQTT, HTTP, RFID and SCADA.
• Experience with industry-scale IoT solutions on at least one cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, GCP etc.
• Preferable with experience with Raspberry Pi, Beaglebone or Arduino
• Programing expertise in one or several of the following languages: Python, JavaScript and Node.js
• Experience in one or many areas of machine interaction models, Rule Engines, Big Data, etc.
• Good working experience in Web Service Integration, RESTful APIs, WebSockets and MQTT
• Sound knowledge and understanding of data security
• Passionate about learning new technologies and creating innovative solutions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
• Broad understanding of DevOps and IoT infrastructure technologies
• A solid sense of ownership and accountability
• Lead a Team of IoT, Embedded developers.
• Plan, coordinate and manage the design and development of smart products and IoT solutions from the core product through cloud architecture and apps.
• Provide technical leadership and collaborate with cross-functional team members to understand product requirements and address the complete IoT solutions technology roadmap.
• Development of new Proof Of Concept solutions
• Engage clients to uncover and assess issues and needs and deliver effective connectivity and IoT solutions to address the issues.
• Help Product owners to convert clients' needs into documented product and business requirements.
• Work closely with other senior leaders in shaping the technical strategy and execution to help evolve technology and business needs.
• Collaborate with external firms, and hardware vendors to execute IoT projects and Identify current and future connected technology trends.
