Business Analyst (WFH)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Story teller: Understand the business stories clients want to tell in their presentations, and guide design teams to enhance those with effective layouts, especially quantitative charts.
- Content guru: Work closely with design team to build, maintain and grow best-in-class content (presentations, learning assets, ML-powered exercises, tips and tricks)
- Data cruncher: Build and analyze performance dashboards to generate business insights
- Customer voice: Track and incorporate industry research/customer feedback into product requirements
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience as business analyst or associate in strategy/management consulting
- Industry experience in healthcare and/or hi-tech highly preferred
- Excellent skills in storylining, slide making and communicating complex ideas clearly & concisely
- Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Interest in visual design
- Team player and disciplined executor, with attention to detail
