Job Description
JOB TITLE: Business Analyst
EXPERIENCE: 4 to 6 years
SKILLSETS REQUIRED:
- Requirement analysis and create to validate business needs to stakeholders, customers, end users to determine the scope.
- Works with stakeholders and product teams to prioritize collected requirements.
- Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.
- Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
- Develops and conducts peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted.
- Take ownership and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.
- Project management background, agile, project scrum, SDLC.
- Experience in the release process.
- Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it.
- Experience with one or more projects with SDLC, certifications and agile methodology work experience.
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to express and understand complex concepts.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
