They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency. Responsibilities Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions Analyze and report on brand performance to determine ROI Identify location to open Restaurants, execute the project and manage the P&L Knowledge of Asian Cuisine and manage the menu. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Hotel Management 10+ years\' experience for Food Chain as Regional Head or Areas Sales Manager managing 8-10 restaurants
