Overview The Brand Lead plays a critical role in developing, establishing, and maintaining the brand\'s market presence. This individual will ensure that the brand\'s reputation is upheld and enhanced through strategic marketing campaigns, rigorous market research, and consistent branding across all platforms. Key Responsibilities : Market Research - Conduct comprehensive market research to stay abreast of current customer trends and predict future ones, ensuring the brand remains relevant and competitive. Strategic Development - Develop robust strategies to launch and promote products or services, ensuring they align with customer expectations and enhance brand credibility. Campaign Management - Manage and execute marketing campaigns across diverse platforms (print, broadcast, online), ensuring that they are impactful and reach the desired audience. Performance Analysis - Evaluate the success of marketing initiatives by analyzing campaign performance, tracking KPIs, creating detailed reports, and presenting them to the stakeholders. Brand Consistency - Oversee advertising, product design, and all other marketing collateral to maintain a consistent brand image and voice. Cross-functional collaboration : Collaborate closely internally with various departments, ensuring a seamless brand experience. Budget Management : Efficiently manage marketing budgets, ensuring that funds are allocated optimally to produce maximum return on investment. Qualifications : 3-4 years of experience Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master\'s degree preferred. Proven experience in a Brand Management role. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in Digital Marketing tools and analytics. 6-day working week About FRND ????
