What You\xe2\x80\x99ll be Doing \xe2\x80\x93

The Revenue Assurance Analyst is an essential position that supports the financial management function of TTEC. This position will have the opportunity to work cross functionally with the entire CFO Organization including Finance, GL Accounting, Operations, Treasury, and Legal. Candidates for this position should be ambitious, outgoing, and interested in learning about TTEC as a company. The position offers an enormous amount of exposure to all financial areas of the TTEC organization and is a great opportunity to develop professional skills.

You\'ll report to Manager, Revenue Assurance.

During a Typical Day, You\xe2\x80\x99ll

• Responsible for all phases of the revenue assurance processes for a portfolio of accounts
• Complete complex contract reviews and recognize revenue according to (ASC 606)
• Identify and setup appropriate reporting tools to build invoice templates
• Preparation of journal entries and complex schedules for month end close process
• Analyze current month revenue and trends of your account portfolio
• Communicate with Operations/Finance regarding revenue recognition and trends
• Spearhead process improvement initiatives to simplify processes
• Maintain process documentation and compliance with those processes

What You Bring to the Role

• BS/BA degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• 2 years relevant experience with accounting, complex billing, or financial analysis preferred
• Experience with telecommunications and call center operations preferred
• Financial background and is detail oriented/organized
• Advanced Microsoft excel experienced required
• Oracle Business Suite experience preferred
• Strong analytical abilities
• Very strong English written and oral communications skills needed. Communication required up to VP level.
