Overview

PURPOSE

The Analyst Billing Operations is responsible for receiving the Business Unit requirements, for creating the relevant specifications and for interacting with IS in order to require the functional developments. He/She is also responsible for the testing, validating, and implementation of these requirements, working in coordination with the Billing Operations team

What will you do

• Participating in the Kick-off meetings and collecting the Business requirements from the project requestor.
• Capturing and translating the needs into specifications.
• Performing analysis of the feasibility.
• Creating the Billing Requirements accordingly and submitting them to SITA IS.
• Validating the technical design provided by SITA IS
• Performing the End User Tests
• Participating to the validation of the new delivered solution
• Designing and delivering End-users trainings
• Communicating and reporting on project status to all stakeholders
• Documenting project
• Providing support to the Billing Operations team
• Performing ad-hoc analysis

Qualifications

Who you are

• Academic qualification in engineering or equivalent technical field (telecommunication or science or IT)
• 5 years or more in projects management.
• 3 years in IT solutions environment with knowledge of SITA-like products and underlying technologies
• Knowledge of Telecommunication and IT domains
• Understanding of system architecture elements and their interaction
• Knowledge of Siebel and Kenan
• Management tools (MS project, Visio, etc.).
• Database management (Oracle / SQL programming).
• Time management / respect of deadlines
• Communication skills
