Job Summary: Eyenk.com is a growing e-commerce company that specializes in providing high-quality eyewear to customers. We are seeking a remote Lead Business Analyst who is an expert in QuickBooks and has experience with CRM tools like Shopify or WooCommerce. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, tracking inventory levels, and managing our local sales channels. Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day financial operations using QuickBooks
  • Track inventory levels and ensure products are available for purchase
  • Monitor local channels and respond to customer inquiries
  • Optimize online presence writing blogs with keywords using SEO tools
  • Analyze financial and sales data to identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies for growth
Requirements:
  • At least 3+ years of experience using QuickBooks
  • At least 1+ years of experience with seller marketplace tools like Shopify or WooCommerce
  • Strong written and spoken English language skills to communicate with customers and management.
  • Knowledge of inventory management best practices
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • The working hours for this role are based on Qatar work times, Saturday to Thursday.
