We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Business Analyst In this role, you will:

• Proficiency in handling large data using Excel to create various reports and views.
• Great attention to detail / accuracy and ability to look at the detail but also aggregate information for CIO / COO consumption
• Ability to prioritize effectively and willing to take on end-to-end responsibility of processes / reports including ensuring they are still fit for purpose and utilized by our stakeholders
• Developing and maintaining vital relationships across multiple internal and external departments with stakeholders, business, and customers.
• Develop and implement Communications & Governance along with administrative skills to manage the end-to-end workforce team activities.

• Manage all Change Request submitted in Pioneer by users. This includes validating requests, liaising with other departments (including Vendor Management / Transformation Office) to ensure requests are in line with expectations and approving in the tool
• Manage, guide and support Business Manager and other stakeholders through various processes and reports to ensure adherence to governance and strategy
• Being the first point of contact for service lines for specific processes / reports
• Overseeing the actions given by the central IT COO team and see it through to execution
• Being the single point of contact for recruitment related matters: making sure that recruitment is driven with accordance to agreed strategy, tracking the progress, removing the blockers in recruitment process

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Support Workforce leads with ad-hoc tasks e.g SL Call, OM Call, workshops; deep dives
• Facilitation of the Change Request management and approvals.
• The role operates in a highly-matrixed organization covering multiple Service lines across various locations & regions.
• The governance cycle of a number of forums will result in tight submission deadlines at times.
