Role - BD executive/assistant manager/manager. - Identify and target potential business clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research Conduct thorough research on target companies, their industry, and specific needs to tailor sales approaches effectively. Build a pipeline of qualified leads and consistently expand the customer base. Continuously stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay competitive Engage with potential clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and needs. Present product or service offerings to clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions. Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients to foster long-term relationships and repeat business. Experience - 4 years + preferably on the lower end since the division is just starting out. Job location - Peenya, Bangalore ( flexible for other options) Job experience - at specifically contract manufacturing companies eg Akums Pharma, Influx Healthcare, Ravenbhel healthcare, Crius life sciences, Zeon life sciences, Synokem pharma, Unichem labs etc
