Job Description

We are looking for a qualified System Backup Admin with 5+ years\' experience of working for companies in related fields. The candidate should have good experience on Commvault / Veritas BackupExec / Netbackup Experience on VTL / EMC Data Domain

Responsibilities :

• Daily monitoring of backups and fixing issues accordingly.
• Preparing Daily / Monthly backup reports.
• Setup / Modify backup of Servers as needed.
• Setup / Modify backup of Databases as needed.
• Troubleshooting backup / backup client related issues and fix them.
• Monitor backup / restore and resolve any issue regarding backup / backup client.
• Backup and restore using RMAN on Oracle / vADP from VMware (image / file) / Transaction backup / restore.

experience with backup operation (Commvault / Veritas BackupExec / Veritas Netba|experience with UCS, iSCSI, VTL, EMC Data Domain, Tape Library.

Desired Skills & Experience :

• General understanding of Windows / Linux / Unix.
• General understanding of Network.
• 10 to 12 years of backup operation (Commvault / Veritas BackupExec / Veritas Netbackup).
• 10 to 12 years of experience with UCS, iSCSI, VTL, EMC Data Domain, Tape Library.
• Follow process such as ITSM (CI management, Change management, Incident management, etc).
• Mid-to-high level fluency in English.
• Preference for computer-related majors.
