Job Description


  • HMDA (Home Mortgage Disclosure Act) was implemented by Federal Reserve through Regulation C and is now being administered through CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau).
  • HMDA data is the first source of quantifiable information regarding a financial institution's lending performance. Therefore it is important to identify applications and report them accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Employees have been assigned responsibility for preparing and maintaining the data, understand the regulatory requirements, and have the resources and tools needed to produce complete and accurate HMDA data.
  • Post Funding group supports paperless online transaction entry system used to process debits and credits to client demand deposit accounts on Enterprise Customer Deposit (ECD) and GL accounts on Systems Applications and Products (SAP).
