Duties and Responsibilities

• Process end-user requests for role-based access to applications and shared-drives in multiple firm wide requesting tools.
• Train requesters in usage of access tool.
• Ensure all access deviations are captured and remediated.
• Monitor the addition and deletion on a timely basis for any change of staffing or role.
• Manage profile Re-certification exercise on periodic basis.
• Enable and monitor right levels of access relevant to the specific roles.
• Include new groups and Business lines as recipients of access control services.
• Build Role based profiles. Drive process improvement projects.
• Perform access management aligned control and governance activities.

Qualification Criteria:

• 1-3 years of business & Ops specialist experience. Experience in Access Management domain will be an added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong problem solving and good analytical skills .
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact with senior management.
• Track record of successful project completion working in a team.
• Ability to work in a high paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work
• Good time management skills and the ability to work on tight deadlines
• MS Office
• Experience in Alteryx, Tableau, other automation tools will be an added advantage.
