Job Description
Work with one the leading financial services groups in India Create a new product offering of unlisted equities from scratch Key Responsibilities and Skill Set Required : Should have a strong network with unlisted equity/PE/VC firm/investment banking ecosystem Should have demonstrated the capability to build relationships with the unlisted market ecosystem (promoters/arrangers/investment bankers) Active Monitoring and Capabilities to source deals and ability to structure deals Should be well versed with analyzing Financial statements & Balance sheets Should have good communication skills, both written and spoken The Successful Applicant Strong network with PE/VC and Investment Banking setups Knowledge of new product development Background in research and reporting Alteast 10 years of experience in managing AIFs or What\'s on Offer Own the product portoflio and setup the new product from sratch
