Role: Business Product Head

Location: Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

• Understand the company vision, align the product vision and evangelize the same across the cross-functional teams
• Internalize company's existing products and then align your team's mission, strategy and roadmap with this direction.
• Deliver highly successful and innovative products.
• Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product.
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure everyone is aligned.
• Alliances, Senior Stakeholder management, Contract Negotiation, Dynamic Personality

What you need to have:

• Total 6-10 years of experience with 10+ years' relevant work experience in Strategy & Operations
• Understanding of Car Business and Operations is preferred
• Ability to translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
