Leading General Insurance Company Growth Opportunity Collaboration with sales teams primarily banca & agency for understanding of on-field market requirements for ideating new products. 2. Market research by closely tracking developments in insurance space specially within banca channel, in terms of new health product/scheme launches, emerging consumer trends, etc. 3. Liaison with product filing & UW team for timely launch of new identified propositions. 4. Providing support on product trainings and resolving field queries for ensuring sales support The Successful Applicant Atleast 5 years of product management experience preferably in health insuranceTechnical & behavioural competencies required for the role: 1. Strong presentation, problem solving and communication skills are essential 2. Excellent skills in preparing power point presentation 3. Excellent project management and people management skills 4. Building relationship with sales team for gathering their product requirements 5. Creative and independent thinker 6. Result oriented with clear focus on deliverable 7.
