We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Automation Test Lead-GSC\xe2\x80\x99s.

In this role, you will:

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of GPP & Mainframe applications.

\xc2\xb7 Building automation expertise across UAT teams to ensure self-sufficiency in running automation.

\xc2\xb7 Exposure to AGILE methodology.

\xc2\xb7 Understanding of Business Requirement documents and Functional Specifications.

\xc2\xb7 Exposure to tools like ALM, JIRA.

\xc2\xb7 Develop Business Scenarios for automation testing.

\xc2\xb7 Write & execute test script associated with automation.

\xc2\xb7 Documents and maintains test execution results.

\xc2\xb7 Take ownership and accountability for creating and updating information in project plans and meeting the timelines mentioned through effective Navigation

\xc2\xb7 Automation Training

\xc2\xb7 Building automation expertise across UAT teams to ensure self-sufficiency in running automation

\xc2\xb7 Explain and teach basic coding standards for junior members of the team.

\xc2\xb7 Liaise with Glitz to keep self-updated on latest developments in the Automation field

\xc2\xb7 Follow up with team on data entry sheet for template verification.

\xc2\xb7 Send mail confirmation on completed activities to the team.

\xc2\xb7 Proactively identify automation opportunities / issues within Payment Utilities and Operations

\xc2\xb7 Communicate effectively with the onshore and offshore Test Leads / testers / SMEs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Lead and own GUI, Mainframe & Automation work.
• Expert knowledge of automating tests and design/building/maintenance of frameworks
• Design and maintain Automation frameworks.
• Make sure entire team have the tools to create automated tests in a structured way.
• Perform manual testing to understand features and architecture of our products.
• You will also be required to carry out any other duties which may reasonably be required of you.
• Create, maintain, and execute Automation testcases using UFT & TOSCA
• Escalate script issue to Test Manager.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
