About the Role
We are seeking highly accomplished test automation expert who can be part of the OCS Enterprise Software Product Group which develops products for providing control room visualization and collaboration solutions at Barco Noida. As an automation expert in web application automation, you will be responsible to lead the implementation the automation testing of the web application being developed.

As Automation Test Lead you will:
Work with product management, architects, scrum team and other stakeholders to define the roadmap and prioritized backlog of test cases to be automated and plan to execute them.
Manage, Maintain and improve automated code deployment/integration for multiple environments.
Work closely with the development team on developing best practices and processes in the area of Code versioning, build management & packaging for different components for the system on Windows & Linux through shell scripting.
Should actively participate in component & system level validation activities with QA team.
Work with cross functional teams - across multiple groups, geographies and time zones.

Preferred Skills and Experience
We are seeking experience with the following technologies/domains:
B.E/B.Tech. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline
At least 10-12 years of experience in testing Enterprise software products out of which last 5-7 years in automation testing using different frameworks.
Good experience in owning automation of web application using Python and selenium.
Strong proficiency in Python, Selenium and OOPs concepts, jmeter, javascript.
Good experience in testing UI applications and UI workflows.
Experience with tech leadership in a software development team.
Experience in creating test strategies and manual test execution.
Experience of working with source code control tools like Git and CI/CD tools like Jenkins
Container based application deployment, docker images.
Prior Experience on developing Device management Software and network management software development will be good.
Proven ability to work in Agile development environments.
Should have high emotional quotient, self-driven and shows individual leadership in complex and ambiguous situations.
Good experience in implementing geographically distributed cloud products using microservices based architecture for large user base
