As \xe2\x80\x9cAutomation & Robotics Analyst \xe2\x80\x9d in our \xe2\x80\x9c Tech CoE team \xe2\x80\x9d , you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.

Tech CoE is focused on collaborating and partnering with business to deliver efficiency and enhance controls via technology adoption and infrastructure support for Global Finance & Business Management India. The two primary services are solution development and automation assistance for an array of technology tools. In addition to the above said the team partners with business for consulting on technology to foster digital transformation and tech adoption.

Job Responsibilities

• Workflow Automation: Application Architecture knowledge, create and modify application flows, data modeling, reporting.
• Reporting and Documentation: Develop process flowcharts, Solution design diagrams, and documentation to illustrate process steps, decision points, and handoffs. Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and persuasive presentations to clients and internal stakeholders
• Flexibility: Should be flexible enough to work on multiple projects at time by ensuring timely communication with the stakeholders/supervisor.
• Digital Consulting: Partner with clients to identify and scope business requirements and recommend end-to-end solutions through quantitative research and rigorous analysis of current processes/functions, user interviews, document research, etc.
• Learning: Ready to adapt futuristic skillsets and contribute team in upskilling and add value to the team.
• Design, code, test automation workflows using UiPath Studio/other mentioned BPM Platform
• Design the PDD, SDD documents for the project

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Having expert level experience on UiPath platform based development
• Having sound experience on Pega/ServiceNow BPM workflow development platform
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in developing, implementing automation workflows in UiPath and Pega/ServiceNow
• Verifying and leveraging appropriate UiPath components: Robots, Studio, Orchestrator
• Provide solution design\'s to customers throughout the deployment of new deals, during POCs and project implementation phase.
• Develop workflows and custom activities using Vb .Net/C#
• Excellent software development background with any of the following (Python, Java/Javascript, .NET)

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Demonstrated success in using structured problem-solving methodologies and quality tools to solve complex problems.
• Proven ability in leading, running, overseeing, and directing large/complex programs and projects for internal and external end-users from discovery through maintenance and support.
• Proven continuous improvement analytical experience from a similar role, including project management and business analysis.
• Well-developed core consulting skills in research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail.
