Asst. Manager - Corp Communication, PR & Employee branding

• Education: Bachelor\'s or Masters degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

• Experience: 5+ years
• Location: Pune

• Develop and execute a strategic communication & PR plan to enhance the company\'s corporate image and reputation.
• Manage and maintain positive relationships with media contacts, influencers, and key stakeholders to secure media coverage and maximize brand exposure.
• Responsible for creating engaging content for various channels, including press releases, articles, blog posts, social media posts, and website content in coordination with respective agencies and partners
• Plan and coordinate media events, press conferences to generate media interest and coverage for the company and the brand
• Support our CSR partner (MMF) for Digital marketing, content strategy, Social media management and other marketing & communication activities
• Monitor media coverage and social media conversations to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, and develop appropriate responses.

• Develop and manage internal communication and employer branding strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide communication support for various internal activities and initiatives
• Create employer branding campaigns and content in line with the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) of the organisation and its further deployment on Social media and other professional networks.
• Create and implement ideas for employee engagement and activations.
• To work towards making Finolex Pipes & Fittings a preferred employer in the industry and across other sectors

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging communication technologies to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
