Leasing (Asst. Manager / Manager) - Male / Female (Both)
Qualification - PGDM / MBA (In Marketing)
Job Location - Ghaziabad)
Act as a facilitator for all leasing-related activities from inception/Prospecting to close i.e site visits, negotiations, documentation, coordination, and administration for the various aspects of the leasing process.
Connect with brands, coordinate with brands and accommodate them at our site, arrange the site visit of the brands, and update the leasing tracker on a weekly basis.Job Requirement
Excellent communication skills with a pleasing personality Should have good networking with IPCs & Leading Leasing brokers Should have worked in Gurgaon & Noida market.

3 He/She should be able to showcase/brief our project to Brands/Local Retailers
4 Support the head in negotiations and finalizing deals
