Key Responsibility:
1. Customer Relationship Management
a. Manage all customer requests and queries for optimal service delivery
b. Manage and assist members through their growth and extensions for long-term
relationships.
c. Customer interactions to understand and enhance current scope of service delivery
d. Engage with members to understand current happiness quotient with community
and member benefits
e. Organize functions on the floor - for members and for external visitors.
2. Operations and Vendor Management.
a. Oversee daily maintenance of the center and regular vendor management, including
vendor onboarding
b. Manage day to day Floor Operations
c. Drive invoicing - members and vendors
d. Member onboarding and Community and Member Benefits
e. Manage Ticketing system within SLADesired Candidate Profile:
1. Proficiency/ experience in Customer Management
2. Team Management and Inter-Personal Skills
3. Vibrant personality & positive attitude
4. Great communication skills
5. Need to be able to Multi-task, analyse and solve problems
6. Experience in Vendor management
7. Invoicing and MIS
