This role will be responsible for managing relationships with Corporates. The individual will ensure achievement of revenue targets and customer service goals. The profile will also include acquiring new corporates and maintaining relationship, sales data analysis, monitoring airline performances and making necessary recommendations to related internal stake holders on scope of expanding our reach. Identifying new business opportunities and representing the organization at official functions and networking events will also be key responsibilities.

Exceed Sales Targets assigned
Acquiring new corporates
Competitor analysis and benchmarking of flights with OAL
Develop and execute Sales and Marketing plans for Delhi/NCR region
Manage and cultivate strong working relationship with existing corporates
Diversify and grow new business segments
Prepare regular sales and marketing reports
Skills & Attributes
Strong IT skills covering MS Office systems, sales systems and website management
Great Communication – verbal, written and presentation skills
Networking - Facilitation & cross functional group moderation
Mediation & Negotiation
Strong leadership and management skills
Work Experience
Minimum 3-6 years’ experience in airline sales
Qualification
Graduate degree from a recognized university
