Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Good knowledge of CIVIL Engineering works Like conventional RCC Buildings, Bitumen / RCC Roads & Infra structure works. Able to read the drawings & execute the works on site Basic knowledge of engineering designs. Good knowledge of Steel structures, Pre-engineered building technical detailing & construction Good knowledge of Contouring, Quantity Survey & Cost Estimation Good knowledge of Civil & Bldg. maintenance. Good knowledge of utilizing level measurement instruments like Dumpy level, total station etc. Good knowledge of Fabrication. Good knowledge of Safety & Safe working practices, Safety trainings to Workmen\'s. Good knowledge of Project Management, Preparing & monitoring Schedules. Basic knowledge of Utilities & services like piping, Fabrication, Gantry works etc. Prepare / evaluate Tenders, Item Rates, drawings Manage deputations & Execution of project at various plants / Project sites.
