Purpose of Job
To facilitate and improve the financial practices and procedures within the organization and
ensure an employer's adherence to financial regulations and legislation. Main tasks and responsibilities
 Prepare, examine and analyse accounting records, and financial statements/ records to
assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
 Review accounts for discrepancies and reconciles differences.
 Prepare to adjust journal entries.
 Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts.
 Prepare and Examine financial records or processes.
 Maintain data in information systems or databases.
 Analyse business or financial data.
 Maintain internal controls and handle internal audits from group and external auditors.
 Audit of Monthly Receoncilation before submit to the RtoR team
 Coordination with the Banks for the import payments and inward remittance, Submission of
documens and address thier requirements.
 Maintenance of Legal agreement, vetting the new and renewal agreement and co-ordinate
with the Internal and external team for renewal. Key Attributes
 Leading the accounting function coupled with hands-on experience in maintaining day to day
ERP operations.
 Sound technical knowledge on accounting standards.
 Co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders with ability to build enduring and trusting
partnerships.
 Collaborate with team members, stakeholders to offer precise solutions and help in facilitating
compliances across the entity.
 Team player with entrepreneurial mindset, sound verbal/ written communication skills and a
customer centric mindset.
 Ambitious, self-motivated, results driven, well-organized and conscientious individual seeking
a long-term association with the organization. Key Stakeholders
 External: Principals, Customers, Auditors, Government Agencies, Banks and FIs
 Internal: Sales/ Product Managers, Tech/ Regulatory team, Customer Service Representative,
IT, Controllers at Headquarter Reporting Structure
 Role Reports to: Chief Manager – Accounts Payable
 Positions that report into this role: None Essential Qualifications
 Full-time post-graduate degree in Commerce or Finance
 Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
 Fluency in English
 Well-versed with ERP based operations and IFRS

Essential Experience
 5+ years of experience in handling corporate accounting, taxation and banking operations
 Prior experience with a reputed MNC and audit firm would be preferred
