Job Description

A leading Venture Capital fund based in Bangalore is looking to onboard an Associate/Sr. Associate for their investment team.

As an Associate/Sr. Associate in the Investment team, your responsibilities will involve but not be limited to - 1. Managing the entire deal life-cycle including -

• Sourcing and evaluation of new investment opportunities, in our areas of interest.
• Championing of identified deals through the investment committee.
• Coordination of due diligence and closure of deal transaction (end-to-end).

2. Actively add value to the portfolio companies through business inputs, networks,
fund-raising support.
3. Managing of exit from portfolio companies at the appropriate time.
4. Continuously research and build-out of knowledge base and fund thesis.
5. Contribute actively towards overall fund level strategy
6. Active participation in the start-up community, develop a robust ecosystem of peer VCs,
CEOs, etc.

2. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment to plan and manage a variety of deals.
3. Understanding of the entire deal cycle from sourcing to closure.
4. Intimate understanding of technology trends and well versed with start-up business
evolution.
5. Can engage with seasoned start-up founders well
6. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and demonstrate creativity and intellectual flexibility in an
uncertain and rapidly changing environment.
7. Strong networks in the start-up and corporate communities.
