Corporate Lawyer (Private Equity & Venture Capital) with 3-7 Years Experience - Delhi
- Handling corporate transactions like Mergers, acquisitions, Venture capital funding, private Equity deals
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Advising clients on issues related to commercial transactions
- Advising clients on various corporate law, company law issues
- Good drafting and negotiation skills
IMP : Similar law firm experience is mandatory after LLB
Requirements : 3-7 years of law firm experience needed in the above mentioned role.
