What youll be doing...
Purpose:
As a key member of the global real estate team, you will have the overall end to end responsibility for lease strategy, real estate transaction management, facilities operations, design & construction, building management, moves planning and any other real estate activities required that shapes real estate as a service, offering a great customer experience that inspires and energises our employees, partners and visitors.
Job Responsibilities
Be passionate and inspire the team to deliver the vision of a " World Class" real estate organisation
Build strong regional relationships, understand strategic direction to support robust business cases to enable decision making.
Plan and execute on the lease strategy, portfolio planning and proactively manage lease transaction in accordance with local regulations.
Provide clear and concise communications in all areas of responsibility
Prepare business cases where necessary, including justification and recommendations for considerations.
Through strong strategic partner relationships, manage day-to-day facilities operations; delivering real estate as a service with a hospitality mind-set.
Lead real estate transactions and ensure long term planning is implemented to acquire / dispose assets
Own, manage and report on regional financials for both operating expense and capital projects; proactively identify, present and deliver approved opportunities
Ensure that the services delivered are customer-centric and aim to enhance the workplace customer experience
Plan, manage and execute on Project delivery (workplace improvements, capital replacement, repairs, technology deployment, etc.)
Manage Change appropriately in the region; maintaining having end to end responsibility both from a global real estate perspective and an internal customer perspective
Own long-term budget planning requirements (capital and expense) and short-term adjustments based on business imperatives
Own and manage vendor relationships within territory, not just ensuring compliance against SLA's, but also tangible delivery towards enhancing the customer experience
Partner with key departments to deliver the promise of a reliable and integrated workplace
Develop, maintain and present portfolio metrics via visual dashboards
Manage and conduct various audit programs. Define, manage and support compliance initiatives across the region.

What were looking for...
Youll need to have:
Bachelors degree or four or more years of experience.
Experience in fast-paced environment.
Experience in Vendor and Project Management.
Experience in Workplace Strategy, office consolidations.
Experience in Change Management and strong leadership skills.
Experience in Financial Awareness and Management
Knowledge and expertise on infrastructure planning, operations management, customer management, compliance, contracts management and general facilities management (GRE).
Even Better if you have:
A Masters degree
Knowledge in Integrated Facilities Management Implementations and Operations
Experience in Data Analytics and Visualisation
Exposure in Workplace Technology / Hospitality.
Managing Project planning, vendor management and execution
Knowledge on plant and office IT
Ability to Multi-faceted / highly adaptable to changing priorities.
Strategic critical thinking
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build credibility and trust
Education: Any Graduate
