Job Description

To Drive the MTP and ABP planning across the organization and ensure alignment between Aspiration and reference Sales scenario with Capacity planning in-house and at suppliers. Also, Monitor progress of the MTP/ABP initiatives as well as company KPIs

Key Responsibilities
MTP and ABP planning
Provide process support for the MTP and ABP planning: ensuring adherence to timelines, coordinating key cross functional workshops
Work with Finance and HR teams to prioritize the company/ functional initiatives
Alignment between aspirations, sales scenarios and capacity plan
Continuously track demand trends to identify risk of supply constraint or excess capacity
Work with SAS, GB, Plant Operations and SS&SC teams to develop demand scenarios and capacity build-up plan with identified trigger points
PMO / Review
Track the performance KPIs of functions, initiatives as per identified reporting template
Work closely with Finance, other functions to maintain and evaluate business performance MIS

Skills Information
Strong skills in areas of excel
Strong acumen and ability to analyse performance related measures from business MIS

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with cross functional teams

Education
MBA

Relevant Experience
5-7 years, preferably in Domestic sales, Plant Operations or Supply Chain
