The Role : Associate Director

The Team: The OSTTRA Technology team is composed of Capital Markets Technology professionals, who build, support and protect the applications that operate our network. The technology landscape includes high-performance, high-volume applications as well as compute intensive applications, leveraging contemporary microservices, cloud-based architectures

The Impact: Together, we build, support, protect and manage high-performance, resilient platforms that process more than 100 million messages a day. Our services are vital to automated trade processing around the globe, managing peak volumes and working with our customers and regulators to ensure the efficient settlement of trades and effective operation of global capital markets

You will have 10+ years experience of Infrastructure Project Management to meet the needs of our expanding portfolio of Financial Services clients. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team based out of Gurgaon and to work with colleagues across multiple regions globally.

Responsibilities:

Define project scope and objectives and develop detailed project plans and schedules.

Manage project budget, resources, and timeline.

Oversee the design, development, and implementation of infrastructure solutions.

Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Ensure that the project delivers high-quality results that meet the customer\'s requirements.

Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and technical documents.

Manage risks and ensure contingency plans are in place.

Lead and motivate the project team and foster a positive team environment.

Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methods.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, a strong technical background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. A bachelor\'s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Project management certifications, such as PMP, are also highly valued.
