The GSK Leadership Team (GLT) has sponsored an enterprise-wide strategic initiative to significantly improve experience of our employees, suppliers, and customers through simplification of our systems, and processes. The Associate Director – Strategic Global Programs will design, lead, and execute strategic, and cross-functional global programs (with visibility at the level of GLT) to deliver significant and measurable improvement in user experience (for our employees, suppliers, and customers) through simplification/ improvement in systems and processes cutting across functions. Some examples of such programs include a) improving global employee onboarding experience and b) improving global process for buying and paying for goods & services. While there may be other benefits (such as improved efficiency and reduced cost), the primary focus of these global programs is on delivering tangible improvement in user experience. While this role will be based in our Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bangalore, the scope of the role will be leading enterprise-wide strategic programs. This role will directly report to Vice President and Head– GCC and Transformation Team.
