Job Title: Associate Director- Technical Training Leader - PSCM ( People Supply Chain Management )

Key responsibilities:
  • Understand short-term and long-term strategic business goals of the organization and build skill development programs to meet these goals.
  • Assess technical training and development needs by analyzing and discussing with various functions and groups like resource management, delivery, sales, and pre-sales.
  • Proactively identify skill gaps in the organization through various channels and develop plan to mitigate those.
  • Develop technical training programs either for individual or for a group to meet the purpose of training with the support of Technical Architects.
  • Review training materials prepared by instructors and suggest modification to best suit the training requirement.
  • Drive various initiatives in the organization to build a culture of learning. Ensure every employee gets the opportunity to learn through one or many of the initiatives lead by capability development function.
  • Understand, develop and drive a growth path for every individual and create learning plans to help them achieve the growth.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, feedback, customer feedback, improvement of skills, etc
  • Maintain knowledge of the latest trends in technology, tools, competencies for training, and development.
  • Prepare and implement training budget.
  • Communicate growth of the function and learning culture to senior management through various reports and meetings.

Qualification/Experience:
  • Proficient business leader with good understanding of business goals and objectives.
  • Adept with a variety of technology, tools, training platforms and methods.
  • Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
  • Ability to design and implement effective training and development programs.
  • 15 + Years of experience in Technical Training

  • Strong executive presence, negotiation and change management skills
  • Strong focus on meeting timelines and delivering highest quality service
  • Strong stakeholder/client management skills
