Associate Customer Product Professional

Your Tasks:

• Analyze the customer technical demand
• Collect and extract technical information about customers, competitors and market
• Be the customers advocate inside WABCO and bring the Voice of the Customer (VOC) into the Business Unit´s
• Support first time installation for our products in the vehicle and support system integration
• Manage new product development process and facilitate with internal functions until product PPAP and handover as per ZF GD-PEP process
• Close alignment of ZF technology roadmap with customer technology planning
• Prototype and Product Variation Management

• Facilitate Start of Production (SOP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
• Drive Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) process and development contracts
