The Position This role will be responsible for development & execution of the Multichannel Engagement (MCE) assets and customer journeys, in line with strategy for the brands within Obesity portfolio. This individual will support the Healthcare Professional (HCP) marketing team deliverables on presentations and ad-hoc deliverables and will be responsible for below - . Prepare analytical dashboards to report on MCE campaign performance and provide inputs to continuously improve the performance of KPIs. . Develop congress/conference content strategy for the project in close collaboration with other team members and various Novo Nordisk brands. . Prepare congress/conference materials, including MCE to support hybrid congress/conference set-up. . Maintenance of the brand Veeva portal. . Driving unbranded campaign for the brand and support affiliates in implementation of the same. Qualification & Experience . Graduate degree in Pharma (B. Pharm), Science/Biotechnology (B.Sc.), Engineering (B.Tech). . Master\'s Degree (preferably within Marketing) from a well-recognized institute. . 4+ years of overall experience preferably in the Pharmaceutical Marketing/Brand Management and MCE domain. . Strong experience in planning & execution of the Multichannel Engagement (MCE) strategy. . Proven experience in working with HCP engagement and/or KOL engagement. . Strong collaboration with brand teams, affiliate teams and other internal stakeholders. . Ability to translate complex topics into simple and efficient communications and develop storylines for presentations and more. . Strong content writing skills with Fluency in written and oral English. . Strategic & analytical capabilities with demonstrated experience in analysing datasets and synthesizing the analytics/data into recommendations for marketing effectiveness. . Technical skills: MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word is a must. About the department The Commercial & Corporate Affairs - Global Business Services (GBS) unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial Strategy & Corporate Affairs, including Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning and Commercial Operations.
