Job Description


The candidate will be part of a centralized function supporting all Business Units that write Insurance Global Programs (GP). The function is an extension of Global Program Services (GPS), a global function which deals with the management of the platform, tools, process, system enablement and overseeing the network for successful implementation of Global Programs. The GPS India team, among other responsibilities, is responsible for maintenance of the knowledge platform which eventually enables AXA XL program underwriters to write compliant global programs. What will your essential responsibilities include Manages AXA XL\'s \'Countrypedia\' (CP) tool and plays an integral role in the tool\'s performance Manages the governance of \'Countrypedia\' answer data and co-ordinates annual Recertification Works closely with Country Champions and the Network Partner Management Centers to raise content accuracy awareness and train new CP users Maintains the \'Countrypedia\' Dashboard, Data Dictionary and team\'s mailbox Develops knowledge assets within Countrypedia and prioritizes continuous improvements and system connections (eg. Countrypedia interface to GISMO) Manages the governance of GPS SharePoint site and content Manages the GP \'Advisor\' communication end to end from drafting and issuing the article to updating the GPS \'Advisor\' SharePoint area. Drives continuous improvement and best practice sharing alongside the GP program implementation value chain Supports other GPS functions (governance, data insights, process excellence, and continuous improvement) and GP related projects Continuous Development of Global Program Knowledge Participation in AXA XL projects and initiatives concerning Global Program evolution. Adherence to the AXA Group and AXA XL code of conduct, CSR, AML, Data Security and other internal guidelines. Understand the terminology used in the Global Program space to effectively understand the discussion and contribute meaningfully. Understand the business processes around global programs with a focus to understand program lifecycle. Develop working understanding of the policy processing tools to understand the program implementation process. We\'re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills: Minimum 3 years professional experience in the insurance industry, preferably in Global Programs Fluent English language skills - additional languages appreciated Excellent MS Office knowledge Project management experience - planning, organizing, executing and following-through Strong organizational skills, diligence and dedication, good time management Excellent communication and creative writing skills High sense of responsibility and intercultural awareness Service and solution-oriented thinking and actions, data driven mindset Being a team player, openness and enthusiasm in dealing with other cultures Attention to detail. Must display ownership & Initiative. Logical and critical thinking with willingness to question and challenge. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
